I wrote a scathing review to BWW (not implicating staff who I reviewed favorably) and they never even bothered to get back. 3 people disappointed, one a pregnant woman who pukes at the smell of BBQ style sauces. FFS at least tell customers there is a recent change to recipe. I took it back expecting there was a mistake, but no, "They changed the recipe a few days ago," the manager said. This last one, I had ordered 30 wings in blazin' and got some shit spicy BBQ sauce! I always order the blazin', and though there was a change previously a few years ago, I liked the new one well enough. I had eaten the other one only 10 days prior or something. I couldn't find any reviews online about a change. I think I was among the first to taste this new iteration.
